WoodSpring Suites Colton

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Melissa at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, answered all my questions with a smile, and even gave great local recommendations that made my trip even better. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a lasting impression. Melissa is a true asset to the hotel, and I’m grateful for her exceptional service!

We stayed in room 233. The room service was great. They would knock on our door to ask if we need toilet paper or if we wanted them to clean the room. The stay here was very comfortable. The people at the front desk are very nice. The location is nice as there are stores and fast food restaurants in walking distance. They even have kitchen in the room. They also will call through the phone in the room right away when your package arrives. They even have coffee early in the morning from like 6am-11am. They also have vending machines.

I had a great stay at with Spring sweets hotel. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained which made my visit very comfortable. The stuff was friendly helpful and always welcoming shut up to Ira and Melissa for going above and beyond her excellent service.

My first time staying at a WoodSpring Suite, so I don't know of them until my visit. The room was clean, few scratches on the walls, cracked center in the bathroom door, and the access door for the a/c controls was broken. Decor felt a little outdated, but no real concern to me personally. My only true complaint is if your in a room facing Interstate 10, you'll 100% here everything outside. As experienced, I was in a southside facing room. So if you're a light sleeper, ask for a room on the north side of the property. Staff was friendly, good location, and by the looks of the property and the gravel lot area in front, it would appear that they do have (semi) truck parking. The rate was good and fairly priced, plus they are part of Choice Hotels, so don't forget about your rewards. Thank you Aaron for an easy check in and providing me with a room for the night.

Im going through a very rough time in my life right now that has caused my fam and i to stay in almost all of the hotels around here and they could all use some advise from the staff at Woodsprings suites in Colton CA. Richard was very accommodating and so nice its good to know that there is still good & kind people out there he made my family and I feel right at home. Thank you Richard

Yra, Daniel and Jerry have gone above and beyond with addressing my hotel needs. They are friendly and bring a positive energy to the extended stay hotel. As a result, I feel welcomed by them and comfortable.

I was in room 233 and the room is nice and spacious. The service is great. They ask me if I need anything. The front desk are very nice. The location is good as well there are so stores near by as well as fast food places. Most of them are a good walking distance.
